Tholos

The spectacular old-world charm and warmth of the Greek island of Crete is now in the heart of the Village at Blue.  It is the brainchild of owner and designer Bill Vomvolakis who was inspired by a restaurant in his native Crete Tholos, a Greek-Mediterranean restaurant, is equal parts exquisite food and visual excitement. Tholos will feature live weekend entertainment, with a variety of 2-4 piece performers, including, but not limited to, Greek Bouzouki and Guitar, Latin music, and the always popular Belly dancing performances.

The Village At Blue Mountain is proud to welcome a great chef to the resort, Jeff Suddaby - for the opening of his second renowned restaurant! Jeff has experienced such tremendous success with his famous restaurant in Huntsville that we are very excited to have 3 Guys & a Stove join Blue! Their awesome food will have you embarking on a culinary adventure which will offer guests a great variety of delicious dishes suited for vegetarians, meat and seafood lovers alike!  Jeff uses fresh, local ingredients to create his mouth watering masterpieces!
